V-Tuning is the largest network of tuning service centers in Poland. We are an authorized dealer of products from Alientech, Dimsport, and a reseller of MagicMotosport. By working with us, you can be sure that the devices are original and our work is of the highest quality.

We have been operating since 2003. We have over 900 cooperating service centers in the country and abroad, including in the USA. We service passenger cars, trucks, buses, agricultural and construction machines, as well as motorcycles, jet skis, and ATV vehicles. We prepare software for many leading companies in Poland, including authorized service centers (ASO).

Models of Cooperation

We present two models of cooperation with V-Tuning:

1. Collaborating Service

A service wishing to obtain the status of Collaborating Service with V-Tuning must meet the following requirements:

• tools for programming controllers,
• diagnostic tools.

By collaborating with our network, you receive, among other things:

• basic technical training,
  
• full technical support,
  
• access to technical documentation,
  
• individual modification of the read file,
  
• a certificate confirming the correctness of the software executed by V-Tuning,
  
• if the branch does not have its own dynamometer, the client will receive a simulated graph with an approximate power and torque curve before and after the modification.

2. V-Tuning Branch

A service wishing to obtain the status of V-Tuning Branch must meet the following requirements:

• registered business activity,
• tools for programming controllers purchased from our store,
• diagnostic tools,
• dynamometer,
• available promotional gadgets for clients.

By collaborating with our network, you receive, among other things:

• basic technical training,
• full technical support,
• access to technical documentation,
• individual modification of the read file,
• a certificate confirming the correctness of the software executed by V-Tuning,
• access to promotional gadgets at special prices,
• the ability to use V-Tuning trademarks in your advertising materials,
• information about your service on the V-Tuning branch map,
• access to technical news,
• advertising on our social media.

The branch will be advertised on V-Tuning's websites - it will have its own individual online business card at the address branch.v-tuning.pl. The branch's page will be positioned in Google AdWords as an authorized branch bearing its own name according to the pattern: V-Tuning Branch. The term branch will be determined individually with the client and may exclusively represent the name of the company and/or its location.

Cooperation Rules

Using the device, we read the file from the engine controller. The read file is sent online to the ticket panel directly to the V-Tuning programmers. Our panel is an advanced and user-friendly platform tailored for everyone. From the catalog, you can easily select the vehicle and the type of service.

After placing an order, you receive SMS and email notifications about the time and status of the service. The time and status are also visible in real time at all times. The preparation time for the file ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Each file is prepared individually; we do not send ready-made files.

The prepared file is uploaded to the vehicle, and we conduct a test on the dynamometer or a test drive. If the client wants a more powerful version, they just need to mention it in the ticket - the file will be modified again according to the new guidelines for free.

All our solutions are tested on dynamometers and work 100%

For every modification carried out by us, the client receives:

• 3 years warranty
  A document confirming the service performed by V-Tuning and granting a 3-year warranty for the modification carried out at V-Tuning branches.
• Certificate
  A document confirming the correctness of the software executed by V-Tuning.
• Dynamometer graph
  If the branch does not have its own dynamometer, the client will receive a simulated graph with an approximate power and torque curve before and after the modification.

How does it work?

After registration and acceptance of a new client, you can start sending files for modification.

1. Choose the type of service
Select the type of service that interests your client: chip tuning, DPF removal, EGR removal, DTC error removal, and many others.

2. Choose the vehicle
We have an extensive vehicle catalog, where you can select the brand, model, generation, and engine version of the vehicle.

3. Send the file for modification
After selecting the vehicle and completing the form, send the file for modification to V-Tuning.

4. Download the finished file
When the file is ready for download, you will receive an SMS and email notification.

5. Print a bundle of documents
Provide your client with a certificate of modification correctness, a simulated dynamometer graph, and a warranty statement for the service.
