The confidentiality of data is one of the top security priorities for V-Tuning.pl. We want every person to know how we process data, which is why we provide the Privacy Policy that describes how personal data is protected and processed.
§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The administrator of personal data collected via the website https://www.v-tuning.pl/ is Adam Majcherczyk, conducting business under the name V-Tuning Adam Majcherczyk, registered office address: Burmistrzów Zawilskich 37, 37-300 Leżajsk, NIP: 8161128146, REGON: 691696897, entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business, email address: biuro@v-tuning.pl, hereinafter "Administrator," also being the Service Provider.
- The Administrator exercises special care to protect the interests of the individuals whose data is concerned, in particular ensuring that the data collected is:
- processed in accordance with the law,
- collected for specific, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing inconsistent with these purposes,
- substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed and stored in a form that allows the identification of the individuals it concerns, no longer than necessary for achieving the purpose of the processing.
§ 2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
- Personal data of Service Recipients collected by the Administrator is used for:
- contacting the service recipient (client),
- informational purposes and other activities related to the Service Recipient's activity on the website https://www.v-tuning.pl/,
- marketing purposes (Newsletter).
- The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Recipients:
- First name and last name,
- Address,
- Email address,
- Phone number,
- NIP (Tax ID Number),
- Other.
- The Administrator may process the following data characterizing the way the Service Recipient uses services provided electronically (usage data):
- Identifiers of the telecommunication network endpoint or IT system used by the Service Recipient (IP address and host),
- Information about the start, end, and scope of each use of the service provided electronically,
- Information about the use of services provided electronically by the Service Recipient.
- Providing personal data mentioned in point 2 is necessary for the provision of services electronically through the website.
§ 3. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
- Using the website and concluding agreements for the provision of services electronically through it, which involves providing personal data, is entirely voluntary. The individual concerned independently decides whether to begin using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- The legal basis for processing personal data is consent granted to the administrator under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
- The processing of personal data by the Administrator always takes place within the framework of the permissible bases for their processing listed in point 2. The processing will be related to the performance of a contract or the necessity to take action before the conclusion of a contract at the request of the person concerned.
§ 4. RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS, AND CORRECT DATA
- The Service Recipient has the right to access their personal data and to correct it.
- Every individual has the right to control the processing of data concerning them, contained in the Administrator’s data set, in particular the right to request the supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, the temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, or its deletion if it is incomplete, outdated, untrue, or has been collected in violation of the law, or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

§ 5. "COOKIES" FILES
- The Service Provider's website uses "cookies" files. The Service Recipient's failure to change browser settings is equivalent to expressing consent to their use.
- The installation of "cookies" is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. "Cookies" files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, particularly those requiring authorization.
- Within the website, the following types of "cookies" are used:
- session - temporary files stored on the Service Recipient’s device until logging out (leaving the website),
- persistent - stored on the Service Recipient’s device for the time specified in the parameters of the "cookies" files or until deleted by the User,
- analytical - allow better understanding of the interaction of the Service Recipient with the content of the website, and improve its layout. "Analytical" "cookies" collect information on how the Service Recipient uses the website, the type of site from which the Service Recipient was redirected, the number of visits, and the time spent on the website. This information does not record specific personal data of the Service Recipient but is used to develop website usage statistics.
- The User has the right to determine the access of "cookies" files to their computer by choosing them in their browser window. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of handling "cookies" files is available in the settings of the software (web browser).
§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and the category of data being protected, in particular securing the data against unauthorized access, retrieval by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
- The Service Provider provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data transmitted electronically.
