We issue a certificate and warranty document for all modifications we carry out.

The warranty covers the service of correctly editing the software.

V-Tuning provides a written guarantee that the vehicle will not enter emergency mode due to the fault for which it was delivered to us. Our service guarantees that after the service is performed, there will be no jerking or loss of power in the vehicle due to errors displayed as software inaccuracies.

Before the service, the client receives a Service Order from us, and after the successful completion of the service, they receive a warranty document along with a Certificate confirming the correctness of the modifications made to the vehicle.

The warranty does not cover faults in the fuel, exhaust, connecting rod-piston, or drive systems that occur during the vehicle's use. A lit "check engine" light is not a basis for free diagnostics.

To process a warranty claim, the vehicle must be delivered to our location at the owner's expense. We do not reimburse towing costs or repairs made by other facilities.
