The DynoProject 4WD DP4L-25 dynamometer allows for load measurements of power and torque in vehicles powered by one axle (front or rear). The digital DataLogger is built using microprocessor technology, ensuring the consistency of measurement parameters over time. The microprocessor overseeing the operation of the dynamometer manages the collection of measurement data. The DataLogger collects information on the following parameters: speed, temperature, external pressure, torque, boost pressure, and AFR (Air-Fuel Ratio). The controller communicates with the software on a PC. The advanced yet intuitive software processes the parameters measured during the test and records them. The collected and processed parameters are then presented in the form of graphs and numerical data. This enables the technician to analyze the effects obtained during modifications or diagnose engine performance.
The dynamometer is designed in a modular way. This allows any dynamometer to be upgraded to a more advanced model. It is enough to install additional components that are not included in less advanced models. In this way, the 2WD DP2i dynamometer can be upgraded to the four-wheel-drive, most advanced DP4L-SYNCHRO.
